Good morning!! I see some of you have already done your Sun Salutation this morning, YAY!! You can do it anytime so if you missed it this morning it would also be relaxing to do before bed! If this is your first time BE KIND TO YOURSELF!!! Yoga is a personal practice and nobody expects you to be perfect, EVER, especially the first time. The only thing I want you to focus on is your breath, each movement pairs with an inhale or an exhale. Let me know if you have questions! Namasté
